Add the Course Information Module
Add the Course Information Module
The Course Information Module provides an opportunity for students to familiarize themselves with the course.
Follow these steps to import a copy of this module into your course. Do not repeat this process if you copied the Remote Delivery Template.
- At the top of the screen, click Course Admin, then choose Import/Export/Copy Components.
- Select Import Components, then choose the bubble underneath labeled from Learning Object Repository.
- Click Start.
- In the search box, search for the keyword "cinfo".
- Locate the resources titled Course Information (Start Here), select it, and click Next.
- A dialog box with several options will appear. Select Copy as Content, then click Next.
- Click Copy to finish importing the Course Information module into your course.
Note that the Course Information module will initially be copied into the bottom of your Content layout; you will need to drag it to the top of your Table of Contents. Go to Create and Manage Modules and scroll down to "Move a Module" for instructions.
