Dynamic Instructional Plan
The Instructional Plan is a standardized document that lays out for your students the topics that will be covered, and the assessments that are due, in each week of your course. The Instructional Plan is one of the Essential Elements that must be present in all eConestoga course shells. It is a syllabus-style document that lays out for students what topics and assessments will fall within each week of the course.
Instructors can use the Dynamic Instructional Plan tool to partially automate the creation of their Instructional Plan document. The Dynamic Instructional Plan pulls information from the course's outline, and the assessments it finds in the course, to automatically fill out much of the assessment-related information in the document. The document will also update itself to reflect changes to the assessments and dates each time it is loaded.
