Email Your Class
Send mail to the entire class
The quickest way to send an e-mail to your entire class at once is to use the eConestoga class list.
- Go to Course Tools -> Classlist.
- Click Contact Class at the top of the screen.
- You will be shown a list of students that are to be e-mailed. Click Send Course Mail at the bottom of the screen to confirm.
- A new Course Mail composition window will be opened, with all students in your class BCCed. Enter a subject and a message.
- When you're finished, press Send.
Send mail to selected students
The classlist can also be used to quickly contact a single student, or a selected list of students.
- Go to Course Tools -> Classlist.
- If you have more than 20 students and the students you wish to contact are not all on the first page of your classlist, scroll to the bottom of the classlist and set the selector at the bottom right to show "200 per page".
- Check the boxes beside all students you wish to contact.
- Click Course Mail above the list of students.
- A new Course Mail composition window will be opened, with the selected students BCCed. Enter a subject and a message.
- When you're finished, press Send.
