If you encounter a technical problem while working in eConestoga, you can contact eConestoga Support for assistance.
Support for eConestoga is provided by D2L End User Support, and is available 24 hours a day. You can contact D2L EUS in three ways:
- E-mail: Go to the D2L Support e-mail contact form.
- Phone: Call 1-877-325-7778.
- Chat: Go to the D2L Support main page and click "Chat With Support" at the bottom right of the page.

Contact D2L Support when:
- You need help using any tool in eConestoga.
- You get an error message anywhere inside eConestoga.
When contacting D2L Support, always provide:
- Your name and student number
- The course Code, Semester, and Section of the course you’re working in. E.g., COMP1234-23F-Sec3.
- A detailed description of the problem. What were you trying to do, what did you click on, and what happened as a result?
- A screenshot or a clear photograph of any errors you see.
