The Help tab on your course homepage contains several different ways for you and your students to find support for technical issues that may occur.

Search the Knowledge Base

The search box at the top of the Help tab lets you quickly find guides and videos to assist you with using the tools in eConestoga. Enter some keywords that describe what you're trying to do, and look through the results to find a guide with the instructions you need.

Support Contacts

A list of support links that customizes itself automatically to match tools you’re using in your course. Click on any support service to see a description of what they can help with, and to find links to reach out to them. Links that may appear include:

  • Instructor Contact Information - Displayed only to students, this displays your name and employee e-mail address.
  • eConestoga Support (always displayed) - eConestoga Support can help students and instructors support with any problems they experience within eConestoga.
  • IT Services Help Desk (always displayed) - The IT Department can help with network accounts, college e-mail, and campus computers.
  • Online Meetings - If you have configured your meeting information, the details of your next meeting will be shown here.
  • eText - If your course uses a Texidium eText, a link to Texidium Support will appear.
  • Publisher Support - If you have a link to any publisher online platform in your Content area, contact information for that publisher's support service will appear here.
  • Respondus Support - If any of your quizzes use Respondus, contact information for Respondus Support will appear here.
